Service Description
Domestic hot water pumps often operation with extreme excess flow. This wastes energy and can lead to copper ions being released into the system, causing damage to other materials like stainless steel, plastics, etc. Copper ions are also detrimental to human health. Barrett Consulting will provide a discrete measurement of the DHW re-circulation pump flow, pump amperage readings, and record the DHW leaving water temperature and return water temperature. A report providing the data and analysis is included. This service is an additional service that can be purchased with the DHW flow analysis.
